The project Archangels is a four track e.p, produced and mixed entirely by the talented Milwaukee bred producer 4AR. The homie Mic Crawf of Flotron contributed a dope verse on the Archangels project and is the only guest feature on the e.p.
The reason behind me naming the title of this e.p Archangels is due to the significance of the letter 4 in this project. As myself and 4AR were sitting in the studio after a recording session last week we were sitting down listening to the four latest songs we recorded. Initially we liked the outcomes of each session and generally were excited about the direction that the new music was going so we came to a consensus to put a four track e.p out. It has been about five months since we put out our previous project Everyday, so we felt it was time to put something out for the people to enjoy.
Either consider it cool happenings or coincidence but the number of tracks we recorded totaled 4, the name of the producer over the project is 4AR, the project was totally produced in the 414, my crew hailing from New York is the 4FUN crew and from Brooklyn to Milwaukee all my homies throw up 4 fingers to represent our affiliations or to show where we come from.
With that being stated I chose to drop the project on April 3rd (4/03) because of the number 403′s numeric importance to my own life. Ever since the age of 18 when a peculiar incident occurred I have been seeing the set of numbers 403, 304 and 430 on a daily basis and most during significant happenings in my life. For example about a month ago I beat a felony case where I was being brought up against some bogus charges. After I left the courtroom I looked up on the clock and the time was 3:40pm. I kind of laughed to myself. Was it coincidence or fate?
After doing some more research on the numerical importance of the number 403, I came to the knowledge that it is a number that calls upon the Angels and represents the total number of 7, which is the number of Archangels that surrounded the throne of God in the book of Revelations. In most faiths 7 Archangels are identified but the number varies. However 4 Archangels are always mentioned Micheal, Gabriel, Raphael and Uriel. Which brings us back to the number 4.
The number 4 is said to resonate with working steadily towards ones goals and aspirations, having patience and persistence maintaining systems and orders while establishing solid foundations with enthusiasm coupled with determination. Which is all relative to my own life, experience and musical journey. The number 4 is also the number of the Archangels.
